The ‘Ampang Prima Condominium’ project was launched in 2003 by Demi-Prima Sdn Bhd. It is built on 8.1 acres of leasehold land with 99 years tenure expiring on 8/8/2098 located in Bandar Baru Ampang under the district of Hulu Langat, Selangor. This residential project consists of 4 blocks with a total of 699 of residential units and 3 commercial units, where Block A is reserved for the existing land owners and the 3 other blocks were opened for sale to the public. This project was fully completed in December 2006 and the sold units have been handed over by the developer since January 2007. This 17-storey condominium finally obtained its Certificate of Fitness (CF) in March 2007. Abiding to the Act 663, The Badan Pengurusan Kondominium Ampang Prima, Bandar baru Ampang was established since year 2007. It is a joint-management body in managing the premises.

Memo - secondary barrier gate in between P1 & P2

Dear Owner, Resident & tenant of Ampang prima Condo,

Kindly refer to the memo attached. Memo-Secondary Barrier gate in between P1 & P2

Please be informed that the secondary barrier gate in between P1 and P2 will be in operation with effective from 6 June 2014. This is for the purpose of security of all residents. The Management are awared that many visitors (registered or not registered) tresspassed to P2, P3 or P4.

P2, P3 & P4 parking levels is strictly for registered vehicles of residents, and can only be entered by valid access card.

We have also enhanced the traffic roadmap in P1. See below picture.

Residents please change your driving habit, entering your zone with assisgned entrance.
Zone Sweetie Pink - for Blk A-P1 residents.
Zone Coffee Brown - for Blk D-P1 residents.
Zone Seabreeze Blue - for Blk C-P1 resident.
Zone Romance Purple - for Blk B-P1 residents.


With the implementation of the above, we hope this would help to decrease the crime risk within the premises.

Water Rationing affecting our Condo from 10 March onwards

Please be informed that water rationing by Syabas will be affecting our Condo from 10/3 till 31/3.

Our Condo located at Gombak Zon 2. Please keep sufficient water for 2 days use. The water reassuming will be back the day after. And same to the next as per scheduled.

Although we have water tanks within the Condo, you are reminded to keep some water for emergency usage in case.

从10/3/2014起,雪兰莪水务局实施的区域性制水将影响到本公 寓住户。该配水制度为两天有水,两天没水。

本公寓位于鵝麦的第2区域, 意即从10/3至11/3将没水供应。 12/3水供将恢复两天。与此类推, 至31/3/2014。

本公寓虽有共用蓄水箱,但恐无法应对两天用量需求。居民们请 即日起自存备用水量, 并节省用水。

Next AGM on 10 November 2013 (Sunday)-10.10am

Dear Unit Owners,

Please be informed that the 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled on 10 November 2013 (Sunday), 10.10am.

The AGM used to be held on weekdays. Upon the feedback by owners to schedule on weekends, hence we will meet on Sunday this year.

The formal notice and Annual Report will be out 30days before the AGM. Kindly mark the date from your busy schedule to attend this meeting.

Vandalism for CCTV at Block C Bomba Lift by Residents / Tenants / Intruders on 16/8/2013

Attached herewith the details for you all to catch the culprits. The Culprits walk out from 8th floor after he burnt the camera.
