I would like to bring up an issue regarding the swimming pool. I saw quite numbers of "outsiders" who came in and use the swimming pool during weekends and public holidays. It is easy to recognize a "non-residents" as usually they will bring a "bag" along..i absolutely won't bring along belongings such as hand-phone, watch, even a water bottle when i go for a swim..In the past christmas holidays some "families" came in not only to swim, but to have a "mini-picnic" as well. It is unfair to us as house-owners who paid the maintenance fees on time. Should we just continue letting the "outsiders" to come in and out as they wish? I hope the management could do something about this.
